MEET OUR CHOCOLATIER

Kelly Mero, Chocolatier

Kelly was born and raised in the Pacific NW. She lives in Browns Point, WA with her family, her favorite people and dog. Kelly enjoys the everyday moments in life - gardening with her family, baking in the kitchen with her two kids, and dreaming of new chocolate truffles and caramels to create.

CHOCOLATES & CARAMELS

Our Process

Kelly's Chocolates are hand crafted and hand-painted, creating true works of art. Each unique piece is made using the finest natural ingredients: rich Swiss chocolate, local Washington cream, real Tahitian vanilla bean, and fresh fruit purees, developing tantalizing flavors in every single bite. Our small-batch caramels are lovingly made in the traditional copper pot. Each hand-rolled caramel is made with only natural ingredients resulting in the perfect soft, yet chewy, texture.

KELLY'S CHOCOLATES

Brand Story

Kelly has been a local artisan chocolatier since 2010, when she established Kelly's Chocolates. She studied under Swiss chocolatier Ewald and fell in love with the creation of chocolate truffles and bon bons- Kelly's passion for her craft is apparent in her bite size works of art. Each hand crafted chocolate is a masterpiece, visually pleasing to the eye with tantalizing flavor. In 2019, she started creating uniquely flavored two bite caramels with the perfect texture - soft yet chewy.

Over the past decade, Kelly's Chocolates has quickly become a local favorite for many in the Pacific Northwest. She is happy to be able to share her bite size works of art regardless of your location.
